Questions
How is the fare calculated?
Each vehicle has a base fare, a per-km rate and a small per-minute rate. If the total is below the vehicle's minimum fare, you pay the minimum. The app shows the full fare for your exact route before you confirm. Waiting time at pickup or drop may add a small charge.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Use a 2 wheeler for documents and small parcels, a 3 wheeler for 8–10 medium boxes, a Tata Ace for a 1BHK move or 20–25 boxes, a Pickup 8ft for a 2BHK move or furniture, and a Truck 14ft for a 3–4BHK move or commercial freight.
Can I deliver to more than one address?
Yes. Add up to 5 drop points in one booking. The fare covers the full route in the order you set.
How can I pay?
Pay online by UPI, debit or credit card or netbanking, use your Jhatpat wallet balance, or pay cash to the driver.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel free within 2 minutes. After that, a ₹25 cancellation fee is added to your next booking.
Are the drivers verified?
Yes. Every driver uploads KYC documents, and our team reviews them. Only approved drivers can go online and accept orders.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Open any completed order in the app to download the invoice as a PDF or send it to your email.
