What is JhatPat Courier Delivery?
JhatPat is an on-demand same-day courier service in Mumbai. You book pickup and drop in the app (or this web demo), see price upfront, and a verified rider delivers your parcel with live tracking.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery time depends on distance, traffic, and rider availability. Typical intracity jobs are completed as quickly as the route allows — you will see ETA updates after a rider is assigned.
How is pricing calculated?
We use base fare + (per km × distance). Starting reference: base ₹49 and ₹10/km — final fare is always shown before you confirm in the app.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After booking you get status updates: assigned, picked up, on the way, and delivered. Live map tracking is built into the customer experience.
What payment methods are supported?
Cash on delivery and online payment (UPI / card) — final bill is shown at the end of the trip.
How do I become a delivery rider?
Sign up in the rider app with mobile OTP, upload documents (DL, RC, ID, bank details), accept the rider agreement, and go online when approved. Use the driver path on this site for a UI preview.
